Returns Policy


We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases from our shop. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a refund or exchange.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us to arrange for the exchange. You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please mail it to the address provided on our website. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
